Insanity Day 41
So, I missed the past couple days because I had wisdom teeth surgery and I was about to miss today, but then I got inspired from my dash :) love fitblrs.
and also, I was researching other workout videos like 30 day shred and P90x… I like insanity a lot. I haven’t watched a lot of the other instructors but I really love Shaun T compared to what I’ve seen. He’s just so awesome. and also, some of the other ones look like a breeze compared to insanity. makes me feel badass.
even if I have to stop and take breaks still.
Insanity day 39
ya’ll, I had to dig really deep to do today’s workout. I woke up and just wasn’t in the mood to do it. I turned it on, started to warm up and turned it off for like thirty minutes. I had just about decided to not do it when I kept thinking about it… thinking about actually wanting results and how far I’d come. So, i refocused myself and did it. quite proud I gotta say.
once again. drippin in sweat and feelin good baby.
Insanity Month 2, Day 3
I never thought I’d think month one insanity seemed easy, but compared to the hour long of these workouts… I’d do the other one in a heartbeat.

Insanity Week 5, Day 1
so……… month two……
told me to do fit test & max interval circuit.
I had great ambitions to do so, but after the fit test I was slippin all over the ground in my own sweat and my legs felt like lead so, I think I’m going to give up my recovery day and give max interval circuit my all on that day instead of half-assing it today.
on the upside, I’m kind’ve excited to do a new work out routine after getting used to month one, and I’ve heard you see the most results with month 2. which after previewing the 60 min workout… I’m not the least bit surprised.
Getting there…. kinda anyway
ending recovery week… DONT WANT IT TO END month two is too scary :(
Insanity Day 29 (..I think)
Second day I’ve done of the Recovery Week. I like the recovery disk pretty well. It’s a lot of strength and core training so I feel like I get a pretty good workout but I’m not exhausted by the end at all. Still burn like 260 calories surprisingly. I’m quite nervous for Month 2 though.. yikes!!
- me in the middle of Insanity: I am going to die! I hate you Shaun T! I can't do one more of these. Seriously, one more and I will die. Shut up, Shaun T! I'll take my water break when I want to take my water break! Stop telling me to keep sweating!
- me after insanity: Woo! I feel great! I feel buff! I feel like I should have a six pack! I could do that again if I wanted to. It wasn't that hard.
have a stupid UTI so technically I’m not supposed to exercise really for 3-4 days. :(
This is recovery week coming up anyway I guess. we’ll see how I feel.
right now every time I pee I feel like what I assume it would feel like to be punched in the balls.
Insanity Day 24
So, I’ve decided that
if when I finish month one, I’m going to treat myself: either a new swimsuit or awesome tennis shoes. all these tumblr pics of sweet colored shoes makes me wants some.. ha looking forward to it!
Insanity day 22
Okay, well I was so exhausted yesterday, I didn’t do my workout for the first time since starting insanity :( I didn’t beat myself up too bad though cause I think I needed that rest. I’m just going to make it up on my usual recovery day. It’s been hard to get out of bed due to my guy being up here this week and looking so peaceful sleeping all comfy. ugh. so I feel like I’m doing good just getting up. ha
also, my guy mentioned he can feel a difference in my arms and butt. ha yayy, celebrate the small victories. (although I think he kind’ve mourned the slight reduction and tightness in my bootay. s
light annoyance considering how much work it took to do that)

I am utterly exhausted. and thoroughly drenched in sweat.

Insanity Day 16
It’s funny how now after doing Cardio Abs or Cardio Recovery, I feel like it’s not enough and I need to do more. A few weeks ago I would’ve been like oh thank god its over. ha Week three they step it up and get you to do both cardio abs and pure cardio on one day. It wasn’t bad though. I don’t feel like the ab thing is THAT great though honestly. I like a lot of work on my abs and theres just a few exercises from it that I like a lot. On the upside, during cardio recovery through all the pulses and holds, I noticed my legs seem a good bit tighter. yay! its not really noticeable but I can feel it!
